Helsinki Cathedral

Temppeliaukio Church is a Christian association belonging to the Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Church located in Tooro, Helsinki, Finland. The Suomalainen brothers' design was selected in a design competition held after World War II. It was built using a special method of being buried in excavated rock and was completed in 1969. It is bright and has glass panels that let in natural light.
